Ron and his team were a joy to work with. He’s analytical, thoughtful, methodical and attentive to detail, candid, and extremely responsive. He clearly had our interests at heart. The combination of his knowledge of the market, his knowledge of the process, and his clear dedication to doing the right thing for us was refreshing and made the whole enterprise easy. In fact his whole team was very impressive. Dione Bishop in particular was incredibly responsive and helpful. We’re leaving the DC area, but if we are ever in the DC market again I’d work with Ron again in a heartbeat. He gets my strongest possible recommendation.
