I ‘like’ everything about this business! I did not choose Ron Sitrin and his team; they were chosen for me by my friend’s POA and attorney. Boy oh boy did we get the best! The house’s owner had cognitive difficulties and the property had conditional issues, but start to finish nothing was too difficult for Ron and his team. They were flawlessly professional at every step and never abandoned us even though the timeline to turn the house over to them was extended and extended. They were patient, professional, responsive and so very kind to me in a difficult situation.
They sold the house in only a few days. Many thanks to Ron, Dion and the entire team who made it happen.
At present I do not need a real estate agent, but when I do Ron Sitrin will be my only call!
