Jill is terrific, knowledgeable, always friendly and upbeat, and ready to drop everything and see a house as soon as it comes on the market. She also has a great sense of style and vision to help you imagine how small changes to the house would fit your needs, such as showing how a small change in a bathroom (‘This would be transformed if you just updated the vanity’) or placing furniture in a different way (‘The dining room table would work so much better if you turned it 90 degrees,; it would give the room so much more space that way.’). And Ron really knows the market. And one thing I particularly appreciated is his use of real and up to date data to accurately price a house, even in this competitive market. Jill and Ron even knew when a house would be bid up so much that it didn’t make sense to waste time with an offer or when the competition was going to be light so they saw an opportunity. Now I just have to move in and enjoy my new home!
