Ron, Becky and Dione played an instrumental role in selling our house in Potomac, Maryland in November. With Ron taking the lead, the team made our moving process more pleasant and manageable. Ron spent sufficient time with us to discuss the sale and price strategies, helping us understand the market at the time to come up with the best listing price. Everything was taken care of while we were no longer in the area (we moved out of state) and Ron’s team supervised all the prep work needed for sale of the house as well as communicated everyday with us on the progress of the process. The team conducted the work with high level of specialization and attention to details. For example, Becky took care of the marketing, staging and photography for us. Dione took care of the logistics, supervision of house improvements, and coordination with Gaby to make sure the flowers were watered, the trash was picked up, and the dehumidifier in the basement was emptied every day up until the closing day. As we received multiple offers, Ron helped us formulate a strategy that led to the sale price much higher than the listed price. We sold our house within 4 days of release in the market.

We chose Ron’s team to help us sell the house since Ron is very knowledgeable and data driven. As we decided to move out of state and engaged with Ron, he gave us a very thorough analysis of whether and why we should sell or rent our house. His presentation was very educational and helped us think through and make a well informed decision. Ron is also very personable, understanding, conscientious, and reliable. I also like that he was not trying to sell his services— he rather was helping us make a decision in our best interest. I highly recommend working with Ron.
