I don’t remember who first advised me to use Ron Sitrin and his team (he may not even have had a team way back then) but it was one of the best finds of my 30 yr. probate law practice. It’s a reality of probate practice that most families choose to sell their parents home after the parents are gone. For those who are looking for a realty agent, I advise them to use Ron Sitrin’s team because it will make the process go easier not only for them but also for my law firm.
As in other fields of law, we try to follow up on every task that is not directly accomplished by our client. The reason, of course, is that if no one is shepherding a matter, it will often get tied up for months and no one will know it until it is likely too late to salvage. When using Ron Sitrin’s team, we soon learned that we didn’t need to follow up on the tasks of the lenders, the repair companies, the property taxes, the liens, the settlement company, etc. because Ron Sitrin’s team was already monitoring all these matters. Further, they would contact us when there was a delay that they couldn’t resolve.
While I use Ron for my law firm’s house sales for all of the above reasons, I must tell you that the primary reason I use Ron is because he truly cares for people–not just you, his client–but for for EVERY person he meets. That’s just who he is. It is indeed my pleasure to work with him.
